Our Story
Macarons Delvaux was founded in 2020 by pastry chef Claire Delvaux, who trained in the finest patisseries of Paris before bringing her craft to the local community. What started as a small home-based operation has grown into a beloved local business, known for its commitment to quality and tradition.
Our Process
Each macaron shell is piped by hand and baked to perfection. We use only:
- European butter for the richest flavor
- Almond flour from premium California almonds
- Fresh egg whites for the perfect texture
- Natural flavorings and extracts - no artificial colors or flavors
- Local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible
Our fillings range from classic buttercream to fruit compotes and ganaches, all made in-house.

We are not a gluten-free facility. While our macarons are naturally gluten-free, cross-contamination may occur.
Storage Instructions
For best results:
- Store in an airtight container
- Keep in a cool, dry place (not refrigerated)
- Consume within 5 days of purchase
- For longer storage, freeze for up to 1 month
