Our Story Macarons Delvaux was founded in 2020 by pastry chef Claire Delvaux, who trained in the finest patisseries of Paris before bringing her craft to the local community. What started as a small home-based operation has grown into a beloved local business, known for its commitment to quality and tradition.
Our Process Each macaron shell is piped by hand and baked to perfection. We use only:
European butter for the richest flavor Almond flour from premium California almonds Fresh egg whites for the perfect texture Natural flavorings and extracts - no artificial colors or flavors Local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible Our fillings range from classic buttercream to fruit compotes and ganaches, all made in-house.
